Webinar: How LiDAR Enables Autonomous Landing and Package Delivery

Localizing to previously generated maps can lead to errors in applications where higher fidelity and immediate feedback are required, such as landing and package delivery. Landing requires accurate knowledge of terrain, as well as awareness of potential hazards within the landing zone that could block successful operations. LiDAR provides accurate 3D scenes in operational conditions to enable this autonomy.
