Pass Types
Note: Registration for all pass types is restricted to U.S. citizens and citizens of allied or partner nations. All registrations are subject to review, and AUVSI reserves the right to cancel or deny ineligible registrations.
For professionals working in the drone and related industries.
Take full advantage of both November events with a bundled registration. This pass allows professionals in the drone and related industries to attend both AUVSI Defense and the Drone and AAM Policy Symposium, with 50% off the second event.
Valid for one individual attendee only; both events must be attended by the same registered individual and may not be shared or transferred. See Show Policies for full terms and cancellation details.
Government and Military rates are available to U.S. federal, state, local, and tribal government employees, including active-duty military personnel. You must have and use a .gov, or .mil email address. Non-U.S. or allied government representatives may attend under this category as well. Registrants may be required to present credentials (e.g., government employee or military ID) onsite as proof of eligibility.
Contractors do not qualify for this category and must register under the Industry Pass.
Public Safety rates are available to credentialed members of the police, sheriff, EMS, fire, hazmat, and park services at the federal, state, local, or campus level.
To qualify, registrants must be an active employee of a public safety agency as outlined above and may be required to provide proof of eligibility.
Academia rates are available to current faculty, staff, and students at accredited institutions of higher education.
Eligibility Categories:
Educators
You must be currently employed at an accredited institution of higher education.
To qualify, you must:
- Use a valid .edu email address
- Hold an eligible academic role (e.g., professor, instructor, lecturer, teaching assistant, or academic administrator)
Accepted proof of eligibility includes:
- Valid faculty/staff ID, or
- Official employment verification letter
Students
You must currently be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.
Full-time enrollment is defined as:
- Undergraduate: 12+ credit hours
- Graduate: 6+ credit hours
- Doctoral: Full-time research student status
Accepted proof of eligibility includes:
- Valid student ID, or
- Certificate of enrollment
Important: Proof of eligibility must be submitted using the link at the top of this page. Submissions will be reviewed, and approved applicants will receive a link to register at the discounted rate. If not approved, you will be notified and provided instructions to register at the Industry rate.
AUVSI Defense is a closed event and not open to members of the media. Media representatives are not eligible to attend under any registration category.
AUVSI reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.

Log into your AUVSI account with your email and password.
- Click “Forgot your password?” if you do not remember your password and need to reset it.
- If you do not have an AUVSI account, click on “Create Account.” Enter your email address and click search. On the next page, enter your information to complete your account creation.
Step 3.
Follow the prompts to verify your information, select your pass type, and complete checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email from meetings@auvsi.org upon successful registration. If you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting AUVSI.
